Cleaning and Waste
Leave the accommodation in a decent condition.
Waste must be separated and placed in the appropriate containers according to the separate collection system (plastic, paper, glass, organic, unsorted).
Consult the municipal calendar for collection dates.
Do not leave perishable food behind when you leave.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (balcony, terrace) and using ashtrays.

No Pets
No pets allowed.

Number of Guests
It is not permitted to accommodate more people than the number booked without authorization.

Silence and Respect for Neighbors
Please avoid disturbing noises and respect quiet hours:

2:00 - 4:00 P.M.

Responsible Use of Space
Use furniture and equipment with care.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
Do not move furniture or equipment without authorization.

A penalty will be charged if keys are lost.
Be sure to lock doors and windows when you leave.
